We’ll create an ancestral altar and explore the gifts we’ve received from our families, along with limiting beliefs and patterns that may have been passed down through generations. Family Constellations facilitator Lauren Butler will introduce us to a practice that looks at how experiences within a family can continue to shape later generations. We’ll consider what we want to carry forward, what we’re ready to put down, and how we can let the love remain.
